"I was very shocked today, I saw a kitchen table for $150 today the price tag was on the table, one of the workers asked me did I like the table I said yeah I do. She took a picture of the table with her phone and told me that she was going to give me a price on the table so I’m like a price is already listed for 150 if I’m not mistaken today you get 50% percent off. The lady came back and told me the table was $450 dollars and that I will have to pay half of that. Where’s the integrity at? Needless to say I walked out and without the table. I was in disbelief that people are still trying to get over geez I’ll purchase a new table."

"I drove to the back to the donation area, parked my car, and I took the stuff out of my car to hand it over. I'm handing off my last thing and this woman with black hair in a ponytail starts shouting at me. She says this is a drive through and why didn't I come through the drive through, and now more people will walk up instead of using the drive through. She asked if I knew what a drive through was, and she's about to keep lecturing me, but another woman walks up and she starts lecturing her about drive throughs. The other woman left and said she'll donate somewhere else. I'm just trying to help out and donate stuff. I don't get why this woman has to lecture me and shout at me like this. The woman with the black ponytail should get fired."

"Today I visited this store and bought a suitcase, I paid in cash and registered my phone number in the PIN pad, we left the store and then I realized I hadn’t received the receipt, we went back to the store to claim the receipt. When I asked the same lady at the front desk for my receipt, she told me that she gave it to me. Well, a discussion started here the lady’s word against my word. A young man joined the discussion with no solution at all. They gave me a different receipt with pretty much the same amount. They threatened to call the police, I begged them to call the police. The thing is, that I cannot prove my hypothesis, but the store has a surveillance system and also can execute an audit of the sales on Saturday, November 11 from 15:40 to 16:40. I guess this lady did not record the money of this sale, this is the reason why she didn’t have the receipt or the copy of the receipt of my sale. During the time I was there, I observed they collected all the copies of the receipts of all the sales. Why, the copy of my receipt was not there? The worst thing is that this business goes to Charity. I hope that a store manager can read this complaint and can investigate further probably you are facing fraud of small amounts of money but fraud."

"I have shopped here regularly since it opened and even though the prices have recently quadrupled on many items, it supports a good cause. They do have discounts occasionally so I continued to frequent the store. Following today, I will be avoiding this location. I’ve witnessed so much unprovoked rudeness from employees to customers. None of it was directed at me, but I believe everyone should be treated with respect and kindness."

"The prices here are outrageous! If the merchandise weren't such garbage, I might think I was at Dillards. Who tries to sell empty Hanson's Juice bottles? It's literally garbage. The cheap glass vases that come with bouquets are priced like they're crystal. The furniture and rugs are ridiculous for used furniture that doesn't even look new. One employee told me they sell the good stuff to dealers out the back door & the trash gets put on the sales floor. The prices on plated silver are closer to sterling when no one collects either anymore. The same with fine china, only most of the pieces on the shelves don't even look new. The Goodwill across the street isn't much better."
