"Constant stock issues. I drove 20 miles to this store after being referred there by Schaumburg. Only to arrive being told my pick up order was out of stock and I should have received an email to have it shipped. I did receive an email ,13 minutes before I arrived while I was driving. Management needs to get ahead of this problem."

"Manager/owner needs to have talk with staff. Upon arrival noticed Staff member sitting on top of counter Indian style. Several customers in store and only one associate.of the 3 were helping customers out."

"I came here for just a T-tool, not expecting any splendid welcome or anything. I was extremely delighted and hapilly surprised that the moment I walked in I was waved at by one of the staff and asked what they could do for me. I stated I needed a t-tool and was guided amply to the hardware and deck station, presented a variety of tools and was given opinions on which ones were the most bought or looked the nicest. I ended up purchasing a black spitfire t-tool and was on my way. The cashier rang me up and was very polite and quick with the ring up. I walked out with a new t-tool and a nice smile under my mask. "Stay away bought a pair of snowboarding pants, paid $200, and zipper broke after first use. They won't stand behind their products. They told me they can't do anything about it. I would be fine if they were $50 but if I spend $200 I expect a good quality product. I will make sure none of my friends shop here."
