"Steer clear of here. Whoever Jana is, needs to be terminated immediately. She was very rude to my father in law on the phone. He is an ill senior citizen who was trying to get something taken care of on his policy. When I told her she had no business being rude or disrespectful to a customer like that, she tried to argue with me. Who knows how many other customers she talks to like that. Edit: Their response was "we're sorry that you feel this way." It was not a feeling, it is a fact. I hope the place shuts down."

"If you expect professionalism and expert service then do not use this agency. Not only will they refuse to answer your emails if they do not like what you are asking, their phones rarely work. Jana, the alleged “manager,” couldn’t or perhaps was just refusing to provide any phone numbers to a billing department and went so far to say “if you’re so smart then google it.” 0/10 recommend."
