"Every time I come here, I leave disappointed and vow to never return. Thought I'd give this establishment another chance, and sure enough this will be the final time I ever step foot inside a Walmart. I was looking for a specific boy's toy action figure - the figure is apart of a set of 4, but all of the characters have the same DCPI, as they ship the whole wave in the same box to stores. All they had was 12 of the same character on the shelf, so I was looking for someone to check the back for stock. There wasn't anyone in the toy section so I asked some woman folding the girls clothes if she could scan the barcode and check. The device showed there were 8 in the backroom. Not sure if this woman understood English or even spoke it because she just mumbles in what sounded like broken English and basically told me to ask someone in the toy section cause she doesn't know where it is. I told her there wasn't anyone there and she insisted I go there anyway. Ok. So I go back there and there was a man named Gene in the electronic/video game section that's next to the toy section. I asked if he could scan the barcode and check. And he scans it and tells me they have some in the back but again he "doesn't know." Seems like the employees don't know anything around here. I explain I'm asking him to check the back for this certain figure and he says he's helping 6 other people so he can't help me and to find someone else. (There wasn't anyone he was helping, no one was there. And why would he even scan the figure barcode if he wasn't gonna help me?) I ask him if he could get another team member to help me because I feel like I'm being pushed around the store to be someone else's problem. He mumbled "sure." And then vanished and never came back. The search to find an employee continues. I went back to the toy section, STILL no one there. Next to the area where the posters were, there was a short lady there and I asked her to help. She again like the other workers, scanned the item and told me she doesn't know where it was and to ask the person at toys. I told her there was no one at the toy section. She said the toy employees were on lunch break and should be back in a few minutes. She walked me to the toy section and the toy lady finally came out. Her name was Laura. For the 4th time I asked if she could check the back as the scanner showed there were 8 in the backroom. (I'm sure the one I needed was there because the boxes ship in assortments of 6). Anyway, she scans it and then she tells me to check the isle and brings me to the isle. I ALREADY CHECKED THE ISLE AND ABOVE THE SHELVES AND I EXPLAINED THAT TO HER that they're ALL the same character and I'm looking for another character and to please check the back. I showed her the character I was looking for. She took her sweet time checking the back, maybe 5 or 7 minutes just to come out and tell me she "couldn't find it." Not only did these employees waste my time, half of them can't speak or understand a lick of English and the only one that could was too lazy to help me. All were lethargic like they take a tranquilizer every hour. If they can't speak English to customers and provide simple customer service, how did they even pass their interviews? Are these faces the ones representing Walmart? Must be! I can't believe I asked 4 people for help and not one was able to do their job. You lost all future sales from a valued customer. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt leaving this store. Very unprofessional service was provided. Will NOT be coming back. I've NEVER had service like this at Target (besides the one on Touhy Ave in Niles, I don't kow what's going on at that specific location). Their employees actually check the back and do everything they can to help you out, even if they ARE working in a different section. Or they radio the right team member to help you out. I will never spend money at Walmart ever again. Target, here I come! (I wrote this review back in October 2023 and forgot to post it)"

"This place is good if you can do everything yourself. If there is any help needed, you have to wait for long time, especially returns. Manager just apologizes and moves on. I am glad, they apologize but that does not help people who lost time in queue."

"So they have two lanes open with cashiers and about 20 self check out lines. I went to the self check out and finished ringing my items and an employee sitting in a wheelchair tried to do the Costco thing and wanted to check my receipt. Not happening. I waved him off. Please don't comply with this nonsense. If they are facing theft issues, then employ more people and close the self check out lanes. Ridiculous."

"Horrible service at customer service. Now been waiting for someone to open this liquor cabinet for 25 minutes. The manager yells out “someones on the way “ 15 minutes ago. Why can’t they just help the customer."
