"Guys own this place don’t know how to greet customers. They always have poker face. I literally heard one of the owners I guess talking to one of the employees when employee was asked why you are here and you have to go do stickers. Employee responded: take it easy and alleged person I guess owner said: take it easy for you not for me. I guess when you have a heart attack or cardiac arrest, then you will know how it take it easy! Besides they are always busy putting merchandise on the shelves and always block customers paths to pick up what they need to."

"The owner’s themself’s are the greatest, whatever you need there alway’s there first to help, whiling to help and always with a polite manner!! Customers including me as a customer, the return process is so easy. I didn’t have a receipt for a kettle once and the owner returned it with no problem and I know he isn’t able to but it’s just because he’s an amazing person whom understood the situation. Personally me the other people who rated lower than 5, just took the situation very serious and in a wrong way considering all the good the two owners do. Staff always working hard too!!!"
