"I needed a Moen shower hose replacement and I called the store 3 weeks ago and had it shipped to my home. It was the wrong item. I went to the store and returned it and they reordered it. They got it wrong a total of 3 times, even after bringing in photos of what the hose looked like. Initially I was just going to order it from Amazon but a friend recommended this place. As far as a recommendation goes, I cannot."
"The price you pay for an item if you aren't a contractor is very high compared to anywhere else. Example: kitchen faucet cartridge replacement is $15 on Ebay, $25 at Walmart, $40 at Home Depot and $44 at Fergusons. Don't blame me if your sales are down and you have to go out of business as I purchase somewhere else. No price matching and no military discount that you get at the big box stores."

"I was very happy with the service, they took the time to listen to my plumbing problem and worked with me to fix the problem. They had everything I needed. The part that they didn't have which is a specialty piece they sent me to Grainger which had to be ordered the 40 degree bend in a cast iron elbow. To give you a idea it cost $46.00 Thanks again Ferguson Plumbing for all your help I couldn't have done this plumbing project with out your help."
