Deli 4 You Market

"Most of the employees do not speak English. When I talk to them in English they answer in Polish. We do live in America where primary language is English. Other Europian store they talk to you in English, but if you answer in different language then they switch to you to that language. Not only Polish people shop there. Every time I go to deli and ask to cut thick slices of bologna, they always cut thin, they never snow you the thickness of the slice like other delis do. Even when I show them with my fingers that I need thick, so they can understand that does not work either. Poor customer service."

"Great polish store that has a few other locations. Has a high quality selection of dairy product section, good deli department and a variety of produce for a medium size store. They have the traditional polish cuisines and pantry products. In addition great bread selection however their desserts are stall. On numerous occasions we got desserts from their bakery and they are dried out or bland and unfavorful. Their cook food selection is great and reasonably priced. The store is bright, clean and inviting. You greeted with genuine appreciation by the staff and they are all so helpful, knowledgeable and kid. You can find someone always a few steps away to help you which is rare at any grocery store. Definitely a great addition to the Niles community. You don't need to be Polish to come in, they speak English and will welcome and appreciate your business. Furthermore, you'll get great a great selection of organic, fresh groceries. My son fell out of the cart because he was so excited to get some bread and the staff was so caring and helpful. They also have a good catering menu. A must to buy is their hand made pierogi which are created on-site in front of you. They are worth every cents! Get 2 boxes, you will thank yourself later. We come here alot; even to pick-up lunch on my break. Also very child friendly. I found some chocolate and polish candy that I couldn't find other places. So much better then Montrose Deli and a few other Polish grocers. When we can't go to our favorite spot, KD Market because it is a little far then we do to Deli 4 You in Niles."

"First of all want to say that I love this new location of Deli4You. It’s spacious and very clean store with always fresh products. That’s was the main reasons for me to pick it for my Thanksgiving dinner. They organized everything so great it was easy to find pick up stand. Anna double checked everything with me and made sure I got everything I ordered. I want to thank all Deli4You team for making this delicious diner. Everything what I ordered was fresh and amazing tasting. We ordered organic turkey and I want to say that it was mouthwatering. I know it is definitely my choice for Christmas dinner. P.S. Thanks Kasia for suggesting to order extra cranberry sauce. The best cranberry sauce I have ever had."

"I just visited the store today. They have great Polish/ European selections. The customer service provided by the cashiers however is severely poor.There were two cashiers at the lane that I went into. Neither greeted me with a smile, or a “Hello” for that matter. When it was time to pay, they did not bother saying anything not a word. Needles to say getting a “Have a great day” or “Goodbye” was out of the question. I’ve not had such poor service. For a new store in the neighborhood you would think they would ensure excellent service to create return customers. Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve been in this store and with a different cashier. I will not be visiting this store anymore."

"When I first walked in, I was impressed with the produce displays - practically works of art. I always compare prices and couldn't help but notice that their prices are overall higher than Montrose Market and KD Market - two Polish grocery stores closer to my home that I visit with some frequency. I wouldn't buy instant coffee here - all the international brands I buy were quite a bit higher - even Fresh Farms has better prices. I did buy some jelly candies that were only 99 cents regular price and hard candies that were on sale, two for $1. What really sets this store apart from its competitors are the "neat as a pin" displays, easy to navigate aisles, and attractive store design. The selection of sundries is amazing and far bigger than any of the previously mentioned stores. I enjoyed browsing this section and bought some interesting bar soap."
