"Love variety of international products. Very convenient location but have problems with staff. First problem is some cashiers. Very rude, and do not want to listen, interrupt rudely. Second problem are people that put products on shelves and organize fruits and vegetables rows. I tried to do my weekly shopping yesterday and just couldn’t finish to buy everything. As soon as I come to select some product from shelf or from vegetables, suddenly there is somebody from employees appearing in the same spot on my way and block the shelf,I just couldn’t reach the item I wanted to buy because of the person blocking it. They did not even attempt to move a little so that I can take the item I wanted to buy and have never offered help.I had an impression that some of employees are trying to sabotage this business. Maybe did not get along with management.I do not know, I want to continue to do my shopping in this store because I love the products but do not want to deal with rudeness, disrespect and definitely do not want to fight with clerks to get items from shelves. Probably will find another store."

"I absolutely love this store! I can spend hours shopping there. They literally have everything. Imported groceries from all over the world that you can't find in your regular neighborhood store. The bakery is absolutely delicious with all the breads, cookies, croissants, you name it. Great produce, fresh fish, nuts, dates, meats. I wish they would open one store downtown Chicago or at least somewhere in the city of Chicago because right now I have to commute over one hour to get there and do my shopping. Please, open a store in the city!!! I wish I had taken photos to show how awesome this store is but I got so overwhelmed that I completely forgot taking photos inside the store. Will do next time."

"Good value and lots of ethnic foods. The prepared food section used to be good and reasonably priced, now I feel they have raised the price too much for what you get."

"The customer service was absolutely horrendous, specifically by the staff handling the fresh cheese and olives. What's the point of picking a number if they're going to pick and choose who they assist? The guys literally huddled in the corner and started talking, after assisting two caucasian females, until another caucasian customer approached and immediately assisted him. Then another caucasion male selects a number after mine, and what do they do? Walk over to immediately assist him. I shouldn't have to tell someone, "I'm not sure why you're clearly skipping my number to assist another customer. When we've been standing here for at least 5 minutes. She literally wants cheese, just cheese." He then nods his head and then mumbles. No apology or courtesy. After that, the vibe was just off, and we were ready to go. There's a fantastic variety of international products, but for that interaction alone- I will never come back."

"This was a revelation! What a great choice of so many local and imported grocery products all beautifully merchandised. After a regular grocery store it was like coming in from the desert to an oasis. Somehow the owners and staff have matched ambience and abundance, and made smaller grocery carts so you can navigate the richly stocked isles. Abundance, abundance, abundance! Well worth visiting."
