"I took my girlfriend to this store after a nice dinner for her birthday looking to get her something special. That’s when we went into a fitting room to try on some merchandise and that’s when we found a employee named Erin unconscious in one of the fitting rooms with a empty bottle of vodka. We proceeded to try to wake her up and assist her and that’s when she hit me with the bottle and threatened to poke me with a dirty needle. Very unprofessional"

"I love their clothes and everything about them. Except one of their specific stores inside of the Gurnee Mills Mall. i have never ever felt soooo uncomfortable and bombarded with TOOOOO MANY promos that took over three minutes to tell me. I tried moving away to browse and she kept following , projecting promo after promo. On top of the tiny over stuff front room that had about 5 or 6 associates at once all whispering and giggling as you walk by....i disgusted and didn’t feel welcome. Mind you, their main store in this mall is just amazing with such flawless customer service. I wish VS could send some of their associates to the PINK store in the mall. I won’t be back in there unless I am wearing headphones or I will probably pretend to be on my phone so they can’t harass me with salesz"
