"Arrived to this Gurnee location @ 5:45pm on Wednesday evening but doors were closed. The cashier is seeing there are customers knocking on the door and she looks away. As another customer leaves and doors open 5:50pm we entered into the store. The cashier is yelling and humiliating customers saying “we’re closed we’re closed y’all need to leave”. To management > Please spend time hiring better professionals who can follow hours of operation times as well as basic communication skills!"

"Extremely friendly staff in meat dept and forklift opperater asked me if I needed help 2x. Friendly and helpful at check out when I had questions. Cheaper prices than Bedford park bulk costco on most items. HUGE halal selection, thank you!! But I prefer to not buy koch chicken. Please switch the halal supplier. Will go again!"

"Worst customer service and most unprofessional employees ever. The female manager was very nice, unfortunately I still couldn’t give a 2 star based on my multiple bad experiences. I wish the general manager Larry can see this review and the other reviews too. I’d love to tell the details about my horrible experience. The employees need much better trainings about how to talk to customers, how to solve the mistakes they made and help out customers instead of standing back and laughing and chatting."
