"It seemed like they were either understaffed, or the staff they had wasn't really good. Three times the girl standing with a walkie talkie handing out did couldn't get our shakes right, and finally the third time asked to see our receipt, 4th time was still wrong. Not enough people cleaning tables, not a huge deal but I went and grabbed the cleaning supplies myself before we could sit. The food was delicious as always."
"Fun and delightful environment. The food was pretty good considering its fastfood. I ordered the Italian beef sub with mozzarella cheese and hot peppers. The peppers are really spicy, so I wish I would have done the sweet peppers. I also ordered small fries. We then ordered to go a slice of lemon cake and a slice of chocolate cake. They each cost $3.89. Everything g was reasonably priced! I loved jazz music, it wasn't too loud, and such a nice change from the typical alternative rock music in almost every restaurant nowadays. I'm so glad we tried this place!"
"Love eating here! Today I had a cheeseburger with onion rings plus a chocolate milkshake.I really needed some comfort food today and Portillo's never disappoints!! All of the food here is really good! I absolutely love their chocolate cake! Great place to eat!!"
"I enjoy this place however they kept getting my order wrong on this trip. They quickly fixed it. It’s only my second time ever having Portillo’s. This location the food was not as good as the chicago locations maybe because it was So, so busy they rushed it. The Meat was bland. Staff was friendly My sandwich was just average"
