"Food was good but service was mediocre at best. The restaurant was not busy and service was not great, messed up order and drinks were not refilled but you’re going for the atmosphere and that’s on point with the animals and rain storms. Food was good and fresh but don’t expect great service. Definitely on the more expensive side as well but that goes with the atmosphere."

"Some meals are a bit over priced for the quality & quantity. The most expensive appetizer for $30 feeds 2, The fish was very chewy, the adult drinks were watered down, the rasta pasta was ok, & the kids meals are so small that unless your child is under 5 they will be asking for more food like my kids were. & the 2 watered down adult drinks came in a souvenir glass we didn't want or ask for but were still charged for. We won't be returning or recommending."

"Brought the family here for their first time. My 4 year old liked the atmosphere alot. Maybe a little bit too distracting for him, the service was good, average wait time. Clean facility. Very good Food! Good restaurant overall. Definitely a place to check out if you haven't been to one before."

"Way overpriced. There needs to be better lighting at the tables. It's very hard to even read the menu, had to use the flashlight on my phone. The restaurant needs to be updated especially when you figure 2 adults and 1 kid costs $100+ tip. The menu needs a bit more variety. The fish and chips is a good choice if you're in the mood for it. You get 4 pieces. I likely won't be going back unless there's some new menu items at least. Once you've been there, you've been there."
