"This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to me. On this occasion, I had to repeat my drink three times and I was inside. The other day I finally had enough point for a free drink but I also ordered something to drink so after he scanned my free drink code, he scanned my phone again for my hash browns. When I got home I realized he charged me for both my drink and my food and also scanned my free drink code. So essentially was charged twice for my drink. I put in a complaint that day and still haven't heard anything back. I would recommend a different Dunkin."

"I visit this location's drive thru about 2-3 times a month in the early hours. The staff here is often pretty short, usually the greeting is "Can I help you?" no "good morning" no "What can I can get for you?" I always order on the app, so it's easier for me-and the staff makes me feel like a bother."
"Do not go here. This Dunkin charges the incorrect prices. Won't let you use the bathroom even if you buy food. My 70 year old mother wasn't able to use the bathroom."
