"Ethan was amazing. Made sure my order was correct before I got it was very pleasant and professional. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in forever because service was terrible. Ethan made me feel valued as a customer."

"First we went through the drive through. We ordered spicy potato tacos w no lettuce. They repeated the order before payment and again as they handed us the food. When we got home all four tacos had lettuce. So we went back and went in store to have them remade. They didn’t put any lettuce in the tacos but this time they also didn’t put the chipotle sauce in them either. Every time I go to this location the quality is terrible."

"My 11 years-old daughter and I went inside and ordered. And everything was fine. Until another customer noticed an older man taking pictures of the customers' children, then going into the restroom and locking himself in there. The workers immediately took action and properly took care of the matter. This review is just to remind ourselves to always keep an eye out for one another because you never know what predator is lurking around the corner. Thankfully, to Taco Bells staff, no physical harm was done."

"This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, we go here every once in a while to get the kiddos what they love in hopes it has gotten better but it’s only gotten worse. Dining room is either locked or full of dirty tables/trash. Drive thru is always “it’ll be a few minutes we’re having technical difficulties”or a 30-40 minute wait as they continue to cash people out and clear there drive thru that had previously waited that long usually about 2 cars all while horseplaying/joking around. Definitely needs new management it’s being ran to the ground."

"Had to come inside to get what was forgotten on my order. Waited and was walked passed by some red haired lady and as I was trying to explain why I was standing in there lobby. Cause she was not asking. Customer service was amazing. Door dash guy picking up said, “this place always sucks”, and he wished me good luck. But as she walked by, not listening to me. She yelled, somewhat got a complaint. Then a guy comes up and asked what I was needing. I told him. He went back to what he was working on and another guy walks up. Asked if anyone was helping me. I said I think so. And pointed to the guy that said he was going to get me fixed. The guy that asked turn and asked the other if he was taking care of me. Had to say it a few times cause even though they were looking at each other the one was not answering. And finally yelled, “YES, I am handling it.” Then after a few more minutes. He stops and grabs my chips and cheese and throws the bag at me. I will never be back to this Taco Bell. Been coming to this one since it opened years and years ago. But not anymore."
