"My husband & I experienced a very welcoming visit to your store #5904. Laura is a breath of fresh air. Unknown to her my husband and I had just had a conversation in the car to there, that we missed good nice people. You are lucky to have Laura. I asked her opinion on a new dish that you were offering. She loved one but I was particularly interested in. I said we’ll I always get number 11 and re it’s quest to run through oven twice. I never change. My Husband either. We had other words, and she waited on us I am as well after we sat down. She is a keeper. She offered a free meal and she joked and said maybe you’ll try the new item you want to try . She confirmed we still have awesome people. And this is not based on a free meal. But how generous. Thank you for your time Shelia."
"When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello, I haven't been in a fazolis since I was a kid so I had no idea what I wanted. Melia and Morgan were very patient and offered a pick two deal. Which I did and chose the spaghetti and Alfredo. It came out quick and was delicious!!!! I highly recommend coming here reminded me of my childhood. The store was clean as well."
"I ordered a doordash delivery for dinner to work tonight. Not only were the prices reasonable through the app but so was delivery fee. I got a notification as soon as I placed my order that it was being prepared. I ended up doing a bundled order and due to the quickness of both locations my order arrived ahead of schedule. Robin was the employee who took care of my order tonight. Every item was correct, it was hot, fresh, and the fact that I needed utensils was noticed! I Greatly appreciate all of the hard work you all do."
"We love this location! We went through the drive thru and accidentally drove off without something. The workers tried to catch us, but couldn’t. We called back and they refunded us our money, since we live farther away and don’t realize we were missing it until we got home. They felt bad for what happened, so they threw in some free desserts for the inconvenience! My favorite location by far!"
