"Once again the only people in line at this place and they still manage to mess up my order. This jack n the box is a joke. Told them 3 times I want my burger with just cheese to which they put everything but cheese on my burger. Happens everytime k go here. For real hire some people who can actually read and listen correctly, won’t be going back."
"attempted to place an order at 1:30pm. employee informs me they are only taking online orders as he is the only employee in the building "other employees should be here in 15". so I sit and wait. other patrons get out of their car to find out what the hold up is. employee then interrupted our conversation to inform me that I was holding up the line in a condescending tone and I should wait in the back of the parking lot while using vulgarities. there's almost an hour I'll never get back."
"I had to repeat my order 3x at the drive thru box. I was alone, so I only had 1 order: Double cheeseburger meal w/mayo only and curly fries w/a Sprite. When I got my order, I got reg fries and not curly fries. I told them, and he said curly fries cost more. I already knew that, but still wanted curly fries. He ended up giving them to me, because he could see my frustration. The food was good though."
"I ordered a 3 piece jalapeno poppers for $2.79 and I feel robbed and cheated. All were smaller than a ketchup packet. Taste was good but definitely not worth the money."
"Stopped at Jack in the Box on my way home from work and I ordered 5 Breakfast Jacks and they just made them however they wanted to I guess cuz theses are not Breakfast Jacks the eggs were dried up and crunchy, no ham on them just a stick of bacon.. I didn't even get my bacon cheeseburger and the tiny tacos where disgusting. Of course tried calling them and no answer. Just Ridiculous!"
