"Filthy! Smelled bad and stuck to the floor. Could tell the whole place hadn't been properly cleaned maybe ever. Took too long to get my food even though I was the only one there. Got a half full box of fries and a sandwich that would've made me sick had I eaten it since there was a TON of Nashville hot dry seasoning dumped on it. I threw it away and left. The employees were laying across the counter on their phones when I left, Obviously they were too busy to clean. Never again!"
"Hi I'm a gm of a restaurant. I have never seen a manager act the way the manager did last night. I came in to your restaurant around 730pm last night. I heard them say they cars waiting on 10 mins just to take an order. I was waiting patiently in the lobby for my turn. The manager on duty was the cook for the night. He was getting mad and started cussing. I heard the f word a few time's and a few other words. I asked him if he new that he had guest in the lobby and he laughed at me. By that time I decided not to eat there with him being the cook. I asked for a number or something to make a complaint. He refused and told the girl to give me a paper. She brought out a blank paper and told me here you go. The f word alone in today's time is sexual harassment for anyone. For home to laugh at me and think he is funny is not a manager and will get your company in trouble. I will never go back and ether will my extensive family."
"Terrible and cold. Went through drive thru guy at window never said a word to me just took my payment and handed me my food. Then I get home to what looked like some scraps!"
"This man was managing and working with minimal staff and everyone was friendly even if customers will be coming impatient. They were truly like professional business people and that's why I gave them a 5 for service. It's Hardee's food so it's always a five when hungry."
"Got a small hot ham and cheese. For one it’s on the wrong bread, 2 the bread is stale as hell. There’s 2 pieces of ham and hardly no cheese. Cold as hell, as well as the fries. So aggravating paying $8 for food that would take 2 extra minutes for workers to properly make."
