McDonald's

"It is your typical McDonalds as far as food goes. The only thing that makes it better is that it does still have a play place & I have a granddaughter. If I were rating specific as a restaurant, my rating would be low, just because I am not a fan of fast food. But in fairness, if you are visiting McDonald's you know what kind of food you are getting. Therefore, this rating is based purely on other aspects."

"This is the CLEANEST McDonald’s you will find. All of the staff are super friendly and respectful. They are always accommodating and always seem cleaning, sweeping, wiping down everything. Even the play area is super clean. This is our favorite location to visit."

"This one has a neat play place for the kids, but it was freezing cold in there today (and the temp outside was 40°). And I always forget that they have their soda machine behind the counter along with the ketchup and anything else you may need. And they are always slammed, so getting someone to help get refills on drinks or condiments is just not ideal."

"Absolutely worst visit I have ever had the other day!! First while ordering I was told I could have a small vanilla shake but for some reason it wouldn't allow her to put it in the computer. So she told me to tell the person in the first window and they'll take care of it!! So I get to the first window and handed the gentleman my card and said I needed him to add a small shake to the order. He told me they aren't selling shakes at the moment!? I informed him that the lady told me they had them and he had to ring it up!! So the young man decides to argue with me instead!! I got frustrated but just politely paid the bill and moved on to the second window. Where a gentleman tried to hand me a bag with a 40 piece nugget!! Mind you I didn't order a 40 piece nugget!! So I kindly informed him that wasn't my order and handed back the receipt and my card so they could fix the issue. They then handed back my card with no explanation and said "Don't worry about it!!" Like what if my bill had been less and I just over paid?? Mind you I'm not complaining about what I paid bc I didn't pay as much as I would have, but that's not all that was wrong!! I get the food and get home (which is only a few mins away) and it was ice cold!! All of it!! Mind you it was busy so there was no excuse for cold food! Fries were cold soggy and under cooked and they didnt even fill one of the larges up all the way, chicken sandwich had more mayo on the outside of it than it had in it, and I still never got the shake I had ordered!! Never again will I go to this McDonald's!! Not just bc of this visit but bc my last 5 visits have been this way!! Today was just the worst!!"
