Steak 'n Shake

"I really really dislike the fact that there are no longer any people that provide any kind of service, other than getting your order to you, after you order yourself at a stupid kiosk. Where are the waiters and waitresses, where are the cashiers? What happened to customer service? The food was fine, it was great. But the service sucked! I hate the way this world is becoming. I hate the Democrats and the things they're trying to accomplish through their hoax of COVID! I'm sick and tired of all of the dividing of the people of our country. It's ridiculous! People need to start standing up to them, instead of "doing as they say"!"

"Ok I don't want to be that guy but you should change you gloves after touching money or the register and especially after scratching your butt or side under your pants. So now you are touching food with the same dirty hands you handled money the register and your bare butt with. You definitely missed that lesson when training to be a manager. You need retraining. If I was the owner you would be fired. That is unacceptable and if this was the manager, what are the rest of the crew doing under your watch? My family will not be going back here ever again and I wouldn't recommend this messtaurant to anyone who doesn't want food born illness!"

"I rarely give reviews but this was THE BEST Steak N Shake experience ever! The burger was served wrapped like it was a 5 star restaurant and piping hot! The ingredients were abundant and left no room for guessing where any of it was. So juicy and the fries were perfect! The guy at the drive thru window was very pleasant with a smile on his face. Wish all fast food places were trained this way! Whoever is in charge here deserves a definite pat on the back! Amazing!"

"Whoever is managing this crew is doing an amazing job! I have never seen such a happy crew. These workers are energetic, courteous, and attentive. I am traveling and enjoyed every aspect. The religious Christian music over the speakers wasn’t my favorite but no biggie. April was checking on our table and the girl at the flat top was on point. There was a gentleman who delivered our malt and he was also grateful to have patrons joining them. Despite only taking orders via kiosk this place was attentive and employed several workers who all seemed to be doing something productive. I have been to Steak ‘n Shake in Vegas (3stars), in Naples FL (1star) and now this one somewhere in the middle of nowhere America and I think the rest of Streak n Shake should come and see why this is the best Steak n Shake in America !
