"Was having issues with my lights flickering and car running rough. Thought I would get the battery tested, just to try to fix the easiest thing first. After I described the issues the guy behind the counter said it was the alternator. The alternator was replaced a year ago I say, he replies it's the alternator. He obviously wasn't even going to listen to me or test the battery. Walked out and went down to O'Reilly were the guy was super nice. He tested the battery and guess what it was shot. Replaced it and my car runs great now. You're lack of customer service has lost my business."
