"I was looking online for a starter for my car. I came across a really good deal online, called the store to confirm the price told them i would be there to get it and when I got there was told that corporate had called and told them not to sell them for the price I had confirmed with them because it was a mistake. I understand all that but that is not my fault and I'm really disappointed that they would not honor the price I had confirmed or told me then that they may not be able to before i drove all the way there thinking a miracle happened and im actually gonna be able to fix my car...I do not hold anyone at this store responsible for this i understand they are doing there job and couldnt do anything against corporate to honor the price i confirmed."

"I as traveling from out of town and my battery died so I rushed to the auto parts store, I called them to tell them I was coming Because I also worked retail and knew that it was gonna be super late they didn’t answer. However, when I pulled in the associate, ran up to the door and locked it and told me they were closed even though it’s five minutes till would never recommend this company ever again and this gentleman."
