"I had purchased a new set of leaf springs and u bults and had one U bolt that wouldn't tighten or back off . Called then to get it replaced and they automatically said it was crossed thread when put on . There is no stripped or cross threads below the nut . I had to cut it off because of their defective parts . Clearly not cross threaded ! Lack of customer service backing there product"
