"Drive Thur was busy so we went in to eat. Placed order on the ordering tablet. Waited 40 minutes still nothing. Other customers started to get there money back because we was waiting so long. The GM states he is trying to run the drive thur & short staffed. His first priority should have been the people standing in his face that already paid I know myself plus 4 others asked for the return on our money & left hungry. Do no recommend this fast food restaurant if your in a hurry & hungry"
"I got a 12 pack Cinnabon and they tasted stale and very greasy like they have been sitting out and they just re dipped them very disappointed."
"They keep skimping on the cinnamon sugar on the twists last 3 times I've gotten them. Really gross eating basically plain twists with no cinnamon sugar."
"We waited for over 45 minutes for our order and some people in the store had waited WELL over an hour and a half! They are super slow and cocky at this location."
"I went to the drive thru and the order was messed up again. It's been at least a month because my last order was messed up. I get home my order is missing food. I call back to them and they say I can come back. I asked for gas money and they can't do that because I don't live in Centralia. Talk to my daughter they messed up her food. I try calling back and they answer and hang up. So make sure you check your food before you leave. Centralia location is not a good place for getting your order right."
