"Nothing fancy but really good food. Lunch specials are very reasonably priced. Sandwiches looked great coming out but we had personal pizzas. You order at the counter so look for a menu by the cash register if you are interested in more than the specials on the wall. Area favorite so it can be busy at times."
"Brought a few medium pizzas and a small (6) order of wings back to the house. Enough food for 3-4 people. First tavern pizza experience so I was excited and it did not disappoint! Crispy flavorful crust, toppings were fresh, and the balance was right between cheese and sauce. Wings were disappointing but good enough, wouldn’t get those again."

"The restaurant was dirty and the tables had not been cleaned. We were one of 4 couples there and dirty tables sat with dishes for 30+ minutes. I found this dead bug in my salad and now I really question the cleanliness of the environment in which my food was prepared. This was a disappointing experience and I will no longer be returning to this location. I would not waste your time or money at this Monicals location."
