"I ordered a Dave’s single with mayo only fries and a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke I got was beyond bad I’ve tasted soda leftover in my refrigerator that taste better than that. I ate my fries on the way driving home saving the hamburger for when I got here to open my hamburger it had lettuce tomato, tons of ketchup and onion. Yuck. Not what I ordered. It’s a shame for that amount of money you didn’t get what you wanted."
"30 minutes. I waited for my mobile order in drive thru for 30 minutes. Did I get a sorry or here's a coupon for your trouble? Nope, I got my food shoved at me and a terse, "have a good day." This isn't the first time, either. Do you guys train your people to suck at customer service??"
"Staff do not really talk much and look unhappy. The food is as expected of Wendy's but sometimes the salad is wilted. You want to get it early in the day fresh."
