"Prices are not worth having to wait in line for 20 minutes to then get your food that is not right or hot. The last three times I have been to Hardee’s. I don’t see how they are still open. It is by far the worst of my fast food experiences. There’s not even an apology It’s truly unbelievable"

"I have worked for different Hardee’s stores in the past (Centralia, Salem, Mt. Vernon) and with all my previous experience not just as a crew member but I was shift lead for 2 years and a trainer for one, coming back to the Centralia store has been disappointing. The quality of the food we have to sell and for the price it is sold at is a huge reason the company has lost a majority of its business. The grease is always dirty, instead of filtering it properly or even yet NOT serving unserveable food (I asked management if I could just not sell any hash browns or fries until the grease was filtered and was told just give them 10% off) they’ll just use one fryer for EVERYTHING! Chicken, fries, hash browns all in one. NO ONE NOT ON DINGLE COOK OR FOOD PREP DID I EVER SEE WEAR GLOVES WHILE PREPARING OR PREPPING FOOD and that includes crew and management. Some crew members charge for sausage in the gravy when the menu board clearly states “sausage gravy”. Every single car that goes through drive thru is pulled forward and made to wait however long (I have seen 17-20 minute waits for cars REGULARLY pulled) instead of PROPERLY working at a pace that allows the food to be out of the window before 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Sanitizer (for the dish sink and the buckets used to clean tables, counter tops etc) was not even present in the store for two weeks and the hot and cold water was leaking all over the back line so they shut the hot water off and was just doing ALL cleaning with cold water and no sanitation. I gave my two weeks and last night was my last day. Centralia is a small town, the majority of the town cannot afford $12 on a 1/5 pound burger let alone $15-17 for a burger, fry, and drink. If prepared properly the food has the potential to be great but your Centralia store has left a terrible taste for much of the community. New management brought her own crew in. Took people who were getting 40 hours down to 20-24, I only had 16 hours every week which is the second reason I quit. The first is because that store is bafflingly bad. FOOD PREP should be done wearing gloves. MAKING ANY food should be done with gloves. Tea urn bags go days without being changed. $4 and some change for a shake that is 9/10 never weighed out to 8 oz, I’ve had to take two to make one more times than not and I can’t even begin to tell you how many complaints I’d have EVERY time I was working. Y’all gotta do better! You run employees off with new management and bring people from other towns when you have employees not just qualified but who have been shift lead previously in the same store. 10/10 do not recommend anything from Hardee’s. To the customers: go inside on any given day and check the soda machines for mold. It’ll be there! Watch the cooks make your food and check for gloves."

"This place is a joke. The whole breakfast order was wrong and all the bisquits where burnt and hard as bricks. And they say sorry that's what happens when they sit so long. I thought them bisquets are fresh made. Least they were when I worked at hardees and they were never burnt black. Hardees Owner your message and link don't work. Just like the phone at your restraunt when we tried to call about the order before having to drive all the food back to the place and be given attitude. I wish I had taken pics and posted that mess. Least I got my money back, and got way better food way cheaper at the Down Town Lounge."

"I ordered cheese burger , fries, and a sweet tea. Went home to eat it because I was on lunch break. I was very disappointed. The tea was soured the fries were stale and the burger tasted like it sat under a heat lamp. I didn't even finish the meal."
