"I have had to drive off without my food from this location twice now. 12:05 I order two Mc doubles and a quarter pounder, I know they will ask me to pull up but at 12:25 I have got to be heading back to work no food stomach growling. I will never forget my lunch again, keep your trash."

"This place has really went downhill. Came through the drive thru, naturally the girl bringing my food out didn’t even wish me a good afternoon when I did to her the same, and my chocolate shake had hints of the shamrock shake’s green in it. On top of this? Cold fries and overly sauced sandwiches. Really wish the west side location stayed open."

"Just bought a mCafe mocha and it's not even the coffee I ordered. It's plain with so much creamer that when i got it from the lady I could feel the cold on the outside of the cup. This particular mcdonalds struggles with coffee drinks. I took a drink as I was leaving the parking lot and that's when I noticed but the line was backed up again so I'm not going to wait. I'll just stop coming and getting coffee drinks. For a location that is now the only mcdonalds in town and that has that coffee and frappe machine I don't understand why the constant mistakes on these types of drinks."

"They constantly mess up my order. I called the restaurant about a messed up order. I spoke with the manager and was told that my order would be replaced the next time I visit. When i went to get my order replaced, they refused to replace my food. As I was leaving the drive, the person in drive was laughing as she said, "Have a nice day." I called the district manager and left a message. They ignored it and refused to call me back."
