"What sucks is that this is one of two Chinese restaurants in this town and they’re both horrible!! We just spent $66 on our family dinner and it was the worst from them yet! The noodles STUNK and all the food was OLD and DISGUSTING! The crab ragoon didn’t have any flavor, the egg rolls were OLD too!! I called and got NOTHING from the owner or manager whatever he is. Ok I understand you don’t want to give a refund but AT LEAST OFFER A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. There was NOTHING! He actually tried to pretend like he couldn’t find my ticket so basically calling me a liar about getting food from his establishment."

"I wasn’t going to leave a terrible review, but when a customer leaves their plate full and doesn’t want to take it home, it’s pretty obvious they did not enjoy their meal and should not be charged for what they didn’t consume. The waitress was so sweet so I feel terrible leaving a bad review because of that, but her boss is the one who took over for her when she went on break and definitely should have been the one to recognize my son and I were not at all happy. The egg drop soup was slimy and gross and tasteless. The egg roll wasn’t even as good as the egg rolls I get from the frozen food section of my grocery store and heat up in my air fryer. It tasted like it had previously been fried and then reheated. My son and I both ordered sesame chicken and lo mein noodles. The noodles smelled like pranced oil had been used on them and barely had any flavor at all. The sesame chicken smell funky and like no sesame chicken I have ever had before and the taste was horrendous. We have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants in a lot of different areas and we’ve had bad sesame chicken before, but nothing as bad as this was. We drove from Mt. Vernon to try to find a good spot because we weren’t happy with the places we had to choose from there, but I would much rather spend my money on one of those places than to ever come to this place again. Too bad the place we originally came to Centralia for was closed when we got there. This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and to have to pay $28 for horrible food is astonishing. I of course left the waitress a nice tip because it is t her fault the food was bad and she was wonderful. I hope she doesn’t have to share her tips with the kitchen staff though because it definitely wasn’t for them."
