So far, I’m very happy. Seems like a nice quiet place to live. Far cry from the hell hole I moved from(Waterside Apartments)"

"The maintainence service availability here is totally unacceptable. As it has happened to me numerous times, when there is a emergency maintenance issue, we cannot get help. The phone number made available to us cuts off once you get through all the information we don't need and are finally asked to leave a message. Been this since I moved here. This has happened to me the entire 2 years I have lived here. The poor lady across the way from me (9104) has water pouring out of her bathroom light, and we can not get in touch with anyone. The same situation happened to me a few months ago. Phone number cuts off when we are asked to leave a message. They didn't come to fix it until late the next day. I am STILL waiting for the mold in the sheetrock to be cleaned and repainted!!! Trying to get the "on call" workers number from the head maintenance man who lives here was met with, "Don't knock on the door," from his son. When I explained the situation, I was told, "Oh well." This is totally unacceptable treatment from a complex that you're paying nearly $2000 per month to live in."
