"The apartment managers here literally won't let you park your car in their front parking lot and will tow your car with their stand by wrecker driver who sits there and waits for you to walk away. Their parking lot is not, and will never be full. Parents park there for a max 10 minutes and leave to meet their kids at the school when it lets out and come back to their cars being towed and stranded with their kids. I would understand if their parking lot was used everyday and full all the time, but thats not the case. Just an empty parking lot sitting their. I understand they have a right to tow and it's private property,but have some common courtesy for the kids and their safety. It doesn't hurt your business for parents to get their kids from there for 10 minutes out of the day in the morning and afternoon."

"Excellent customer service!!!! The woman in the office, Karen, was very friendly!!! She showed us a two bedroom apartment that felt so “at home”. The floorplan was nice and open, plenty of room for my littles ones to run around. She was very knowledgeable of the property and relieved alot of the “apartment shopping anxiety” that we all get. She answered every question and took her time on the tour, didn’t rush at all. She was VERY patience, even with my kids interrupting , she showed no aggression. Oakbridge is in a good area, and I am very impressed. :)"

"We toured the property over the weekend and will be applying to move in for November. The Community Manager Robert, conducted the tour and was extremely knowledgeable and personable on the tour, which throughly impressed us because we've toured quite a few places but none gave the level of commitment that was showed today. The property in itself over all was very clean. From the model apartment to the 2 vacants we toured. Moving to a new state is a daunting task but im glad we found somewhere to call home!"

He answers the phone, is there when he’s supposed to be, and goes out of his way to make sure that the residents are taken care of.
