"I am deeply disappointed with the living conditions at these apartments. The issues I've encountered include roaches, an infestation of ants, and broken appliances that require numerous service calls to address. Additionally, there is black mold in my kids' bathroom. What concerns me is the stark contrast in responsiveness when it comes to implementing new rules, such as the restriction on pool access after 10 pm, with eviction as the consequence. However, when residents report issues like ant infestations in the foundation or a malfunctioning A/C unit that affects the comfort of their homes, the response from management is sluggish. This living arrangement has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. It is not a shining example of the community standards we expect in Pearland. I have also spoken with other tenants who have indicated that the situation worsens during the winter months. I urge the management to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their residents and address these ongoing issues in a more timely and efficient manner. Professionalism and prompt attention to residents' concerns are essential for creating a positive living environment."

"After reading the negative reviews I’m kind of shocked to be honest! We are so grateful to have had an amazing experience with St Andrews for 2+ years in phase 2. The office has always worked hard to help us with anything we needed and have always been genuinely kind to us. We had neighbors that did have a long term guest who would linger and smoke in front of children but as soon as another neighbor notified the office they were quick to address the issue. We had a sugar ant issue at one point but the exterminators came and resolved that issue promptly. I’ve personally always felt safe and happy with the apartments we lived in. Props to Charlotte, Kassandra, and Miranda for being the sweetest hardworking girls in the office!"

"We are new residents and have enjoyed our experience. Kassandra was/ is Awesome. Tom and I love our new place. Our neighbors/ community is very nice and inviting. We would recommend this place to all. The security features of the door and the delivery of packages to the mail room are Awesome. "Kassandra was my leasing agent and my experience was the easiest it could be. She has been so tentative to any requests wether its service of just general questions, she’s the best! Maintenance is also very quick to complete any service requests. I have been enjoying my stay here to say the least!"

"I lived at St.Andrews for 17 HORRIFIC months! A few months into moving in, my DRUG DEALING neighbors were robbed and held hostage at GUNPOINT! Fearing for our safety,my family REFUSED to continue living in that unit. We DEMANDED to be transferred to another apartment unit and getting them to do that was like pulling teeth. They finally agreed to transfer us but we were forced to relocate to a hotel until the new apartment was finished. They REFUSED to credit us even after we brought RECEIPTS showing the money we spent on the hotels, the FOUR guns we ended up purchasing for our personal protection, and the alarm system we were forced to purchase after being subjected to hearing our neighbors door kicked in! Also the parking is HORRIBLE. My husband & I had to rent TWO garages just so we could have a place to park, otherwise we'd have to walk an extremely far distance to park. Also, SEVERAL tenants had their cars stolen, vandalized or towed. This place is a den for CRIME! Our neighbors were CONSTANTLY blasting their music loud(day and night). I reported them SEVERAL times but management did NOTHING about it. The best decision my husband & i ever made was to move OUT of this HELL HOLE and into a beautiful HOME in a SAFE neighborhood. When we were installing cameras around our new home the neighbors came by & were sooooo welcoming! No more sleeping with our shotgun in our bed. If you're considering moving here....DON'T! The rent is overpriced. The apartments are OLD, the property is NOT SAFE, the tenants are GHETTO and the office staff are INCOMPETENT! I would live out of my car before i everrrrrrr rented at St.Andrews again."
