He always gets our requests completed in a very timely fashion, he explains anything that I may need to know about the repairs he’s done and he always cleans up any debris afterwards. "The office people are great and are quick to respond however the price for the outdated apartment was crazy high compared to what I just recently moved into. There was mildew that was growing on my walls despite keeping the humidity out and my bathtub was always leaking, even after the work was done on it. I also lived in the center building and had to walk a long distance just to take the trash out because they didn’t have trash pick up. There’s also a women who feeds all the stray cats and even puts food on residents cars without asking and I’ve seen her even take photos of tenets out walking their dogs. And my apartment always smelled like cigarettes. But the office workers are great and none of these issues fall on them. The apartments just need to be updated to match the cost. And not sure what’s going on with the electricity because my electric bill was never less than 300$ for a 600 sq ft apartment . Again probably because the outdated appliances. And after doing a thorough cleaning I was still charged 300$ and that was after my deposit was subtracted from that"
