"Great place to live! I've been here for just about a year and just resigned another lease. Although its an older complex, management really keeps up with the property grounds and apartments. Maintenance is also fast to respond to any issues you have. The neighbors are quiet and everyone kind of keeps to themselves but they are friendly."

"When I got my keys to the unit, the toilet was black as charcoal, carpet full of dust, and it just felt dingy. I cleaned it up no harm no foul but NOW they are charging a cleaning fee for my apartment AFTER I cleaned it better than the property themselves left it. Which makes me think that they’re not actually doing the so called “cleaning” after a resident moves out. How would someone say no one gets their deposit back? Is this a common practice in the apartment industry. Deceptive. If you like to have “surprises” on your bills. Live here. If you are okay with your deposit not being refunded. Live here. If you like being dragged along. Live here. If you like being lied to. Live here. I’m not going to waste too much time typing a lengthy review, but this property managements practices and billing is just disgusting. Expect to get no where when you talk to them and for them to lie to your face. What a bad experience for a first time apartment renter. Looks like most places are into the one and done customer base. Disgusting."

"Bobby and Cecilia were very helpful. I was very worried that I would not be able to get an Apartment on the same day, but they made it happen. They went above and beyond! I love my new apartment! and love the location! Definitely meets all my expectations!"

"I used to live here 10 years ago. I enjoyed it so much that I moved my family here all these years later. I can only account for the townhomes as I've never lived in the apartments. Management is awesome, specifically CeCe. Always responsive and helpful, same for maintenence. This was the easiest, quickest I've ever moved in anywhere. The place isn't perfect. I mean its decades old. However, any issues you have, maintenence is quick and willing to help. I really haven't had any major issues and no pests. I also highly respect the fact that there isn't dog poop everywhere. My last apartment just reeked 24/7 because it wasn't picked up. Here, it's not like that. I can let my kids run around without worrying about stepping in poop. Ants are another story, but this is SE texas after all. One of my biggest and truly only complaints is my yard. The demo home is so beautifully landscaped, but mine is nothing but dirt due to the large oak trees blocking the sun. I really hope they trim them back and improve our landscaping. I would love to live here for years, but this dirt is maddening and hideous. I'm praying they stay true to their word and fix it sooner than later. I respect this property and I would like to feel like they desired the asthetic we do. If the landscaping was improved, this would be a 5 start experience for me and my family."

"We’re having a pleasant experience moving in to our new apartment home. Miss Cece has made this move in very refreshing for us. I really like that she addressed our maintenance concerns as we were there. We also like that she explained all the amenities and services that they offer. We could add them to our apartment home at anytime during our lease, without feeling pressured or obligated to do so. We’re looking forward to making this our home for now."
