"There were several frustrations that happened during my almost two year stay at this apartment complex. First of all, we frequently got passive aggressive emails from the leasing office telling us "there's 3 of us and 2xx of you," in response to people actually requesting things which is you know, the job they are paid to do. I can't complain like that at my job! On top of that, half the amenities you pay for will not be usable. Want to use a gas grill? Its either broken, the pool is locked, or the pool is being used by 40 people that don't even live there. Want to clean your car at the car wash? Sorry that's broken too. What about the newly renovated gym? They took AWAY equipment after renovating it! Also, our first unit had a major mold problem, in building 2. Our vents had black mold and it made our toilet mold over in under a week, which was absolutely nasty and annoying to have to clean every day. Judging by recent reviews, it seems they aren't doing a great job mitigating that mold still. You can do a lot better for the insane price points they ask for."

"I absolutely do not recommend anyone to rent in this Wildwood Forest Spring Tx complex, I have mold problems in my apartment since October 2023 and today February 1, 2024 they have not yet solved my problem, I have had to continue paying rent since the office and the corporation have not wanted to solve any solution to my problems, I have lost money, clothes, I have gone to the office countless times, sent hundreds of emails and their response is that they are waiting for a response from the corporation. We live more than 5 different families in this complex and we are ALL going to move. It's disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ABSOLUTELY, it should be noted how delicate and dangerous mold is for a person's health and they have not made the slightest effort to solve my problem. Old and current photos, what they did was fix a wall while the ducts, carpets, even my bed became contaminated with mold."

"Wildwood Forest was the best decision I have made for my next apartment home. I had many options and toured many apartments in the area and when I tell you Wildwood Forest stood out is by far an understatement. My apartment offers plenty of open space and closet space which was important to me. These apartments are also down a road that is not busy and you don’t hear constant traffic noise. I also have an apartment that faces the lake and is stunning at night. The apartment is everything I was looking for and the upgrades are very nice and sleek but what sold me the most was the office staff. From the moment I walked in I felt at home especially with Brooke who is the manager. She was very kind, knowledgeable and made sure all of my questions were answered. She also went over maintenance and emergencies and pumped up her maintenance and honestly that signified a lot to me. No other apartments I toured in the area gave me the abundance of information like she did nor did they even mention their maintenance which is very important to me. I may have called like a pest and probably asked the same questions over again but Brooke never made me feel like a nuisance or that I was a bother. I appreciate all of the help I received but have to give mad kudos to the manager who made me feel that this wasn’t just her job but that she genuinely cares for her community and her residents. I know this to be true because while I was there I saw multiple residents engage with the staff but how they loved Brooke made me feel at ease. I knew I was at the right place. I can say as an owner of my own company she is what I look for and is hard to find in this day and age. I would gladly have her join my team any day. I highly recommend Wildwood Forest and will be referring my friends. I would refer my family if they weren’t too far away but maybe I can get them to move, Ha, maybe one day!"

"Stopped by to check one bedroom apartments. It is a gated community, less then 1000 feet to I 45 , so there is a constant background noise from the cars on the highway. The artificial lake view was quite nice. The pool is closed during the winter. There is a 24/7 gym. I was only able to see the model apartment- which obviously looks nice like model apartments usually do- but without seeing the actual apartment for rent in my opinion, it’s too much of a risk. Prices are slightly above average in my opinion for a gated community in that level."
