"living here is good Tammy the property manager is super nice and helps with anything i need. As well as Richard and Dustin i am able to ask them to help with any problems and they help me with it quickly."
"I have been leasing here at Park 45 for 3 years now. The apartment are nice inside but the hallways are filthy and disgusting. The stairs are dirty too. The smell from garbage is unbearable. Can’t wait for my lease to be over soon."
"Do not rent here. The management (Tammy) is extremely unprofessional and will actively conspire against you with other tenants if they don’t like you. They have opened CPS cases against tenants and made police reports under false pretense. They will also cut off utilities without warning but only for specific units. If you are a POC this complex is NOT SAFE. STAY FAR AWAY"

Keisha and Miss Tammy made my experience with the application process a breeze and my family and I feel so welcomed. Best decision to move here"
"I have been living here for a year now and absolutely love it here. Ms. Tammy & Ms. Keshia in the office are amazing. They host events for the residents and also really interact with the kids in the apartment complex. LOVE IT HERE !"
