Cypresswood Crossing Apartment

"Don’t live here unless it’s your only option. If you find yourself having to live here, get an upstairs unit if at all possible. Units are so old and un maintained you can hear every step and movement from your upstairs “neighbors”. Management does not care or do anything about it. If you have a downstairs unit with patio, be prepared to sweep it or blow it off every Monday if you like to enjoy your patio. The landscaping crew is so inconsiderate they blow dirt, leaves and every other kind of debris on your patio and furniture. Once again management does not care and does nothing about. The unit had bugs and fleas from the first day we moved in despite numerous requests for pest control. Again management does not care or do nothing about. The “manager” or whatever she is lives on site and likes to sit out front of her unit and give residents dirty looks as they drive by. I believe her name is Marianne. All in all this place blows and I would run the other way"

"I been living here for 3-4yrs now and it started off great. Then they moved a little family over my head and the little kid keeps me up ALL night told the office and they stated that we had to deal with it as neighbors so problems is still not fixed. On 9/5 the gate for the apartments was broke and my car got broke into and stolen and the officer went to speak with the office just for her to say it doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment when if it the gate was fixed and if the apartments had cameras no one cars would be getting broken into or stolen. These apartments are fine if you need something cheap and quick but I DO NOTA ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE OVER HERE. Have a blessed day"

"The pool furniture is so old it looks like it's from the 90's...no paint or power wash has been done to the buildings in years and some of the complexes have mold. My sister lived here for years and this complex looks exactly the same. Increasing rent without doing any upkeep of the property besides lawn care. Other than that it's pretty quiet and the office lady's are nice."

"Very good complex! The leasing agents listen to what you need and help as much as they can. The residents are friendly, the maintenance staff are friendly and diligent, and the complex is safe and quiet. These apartments may be older but they are still very peaceful to live at!"

"I have absolutely nothing bad to say about these apartments. I live here currently. Always paid my rent in time. Maintenance issues get taken care of usually the same day or in the morning next day. Clean property. Nice neighbors for the most part. They are small apartments but the rent is not bad. I have a family and felt relatively safe in the area."
