"Lived in these apartments for years because it was the most affordable place to rent in proximity to my job. No parking whatsoever, They have a deal with the wreckers to tow cars like crazy all the time. Someone tried to break into my apartment once by smashing the bedroom window that was on the porch, they didnt succeed getting in because i was home but the maintenance request was completed two days after the incident and when "fixed" they just put a plywood board over it for four months until i finally got a new window, car will be towed. If you have a car... It will be towed. If you like roaches then youll love this place. They showed me one apt and when I got keys they put me in another unit and roaches everywhere, you can tell they just recently painted the place because under the still drying paint there were roaches they just painted over. Gate never works, Management gets super pissed at you for everything and they assumed I didnt know spanish fluently and when discussing needing a new dead bolt because my key wouldn't' work due to vandalism they basically made fun of me because i was white. If a package too large for the mailbox would come sometime its put in the office, three times that happened and my boxes were opened. Then in order to get me out of the apartments they attempted to raise my rent for renewal by $300/m so her cousin could have the apartment. I i know this because i lived next door to one of her cousins, above a cousin, below a cousin, in front, behind adjacent... i was the only non family member in the entire block."
