"Decent apartment complex staff are friendly and the community should really take more respect in things though. I go to the gym daily and walk into this. It's bad enough that we can't have nice things because the less intelligent decided to have an uncontrolled disrespectful mentality and disregard for anything that isn't there's. Holes in the wall busted machine and constantly ripping their cameras down off the wall."

"I took back the 4 stars! Do better! This is the only apartment I have lived in Houston/greater Houston where residents are meant to pay for services not rendered. The valet company they use is the worst I have seen anywhere! We pay for valet every month and end up throwing out our trash ourselves every time! They never show up to pick the dirt. We have complained severely and at this point we are tired of complaining because it’s obvious management is not doing anything about it. We are yet to see any changes since we have been complaining. They keep making excuses for the company, and non of the excuses concern us because we follow the rules of the valet company. Too bad!"

"Tip of the day: Heed any negative reviews because all of them are true and accurate. I never thought they would be. Husband and I moved in last year and after only 6 months things started falling apart although the quality of the countertops are mostly covered plywood and the paint was poorly done on every wall, hence the bubbling and coming apart. Tub started peeling and to which their reply was to leave the house for a day so they can do it again. Like yeah we have no where to go. Neighbors decided to perform car washes using a loud pressure washer at the crack of dawn and late night. People clearly smoking drugs on their porches like any of us want to smell that or be around it. Oh and let’s not forget they leave their sewer pipes open so occasionally you accidentally walk in feces and urine with toilet paper in the grass. Don’t get me wrong, there are positives to living here but not much. Not enough to pay over $1,100 for. Plus after two months you will see surprise hidden fees come up and valet trash doesn’t show up after 6pm. They show up at 10:30-11pm and by then you have ants at your door with trash outside. Utilities are up at $95 plus for this. I would rather take my own trash if someone waits that long. Sometimes they didn’t even show up so you get charged $25 a month anyway. New management is doing great with trying to get this place fixed but the staff really has zero time to inform residents of water shut offs almost every week without warning. They are quick to up-charge you for whatever they can or tow your car but fail to take time to communicate about essentials to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We left and definitely not coming back. Good luck to anyone moving there. Much respect to the new management doing their best with the budget but they need some new staff that take their jobs seriously and truly care about the residents."

"At first everything seemed fine. Then randomly started having issues. The water pressure really is bad. The parking lot turns into a 3rd swimming pool and your vehicle will be ruined, so best when it rains to stay gone. The maintenance guy Charles and yes I said his name is very unfriendly and could use some people skills. The rent will always be more after the first two months. U will pay double for water, gas for hot water, trash valley services. And whatever else they feel they want to charge you. Rent service fee, rent plus fee, maintenance fee. Shitt is ridiculous here and I'm telling you don't move here worst mistake ever doing this. Was not happy at all here."

"Avoid these apartments at all costs! I've been holding back from writing a negative review (as they processed me into a unit quickly) in hopes things will change but last event was my last straw... To start off, rent here is $1500 for a 2 bedroom. The apartment itself is in terrible condition from paint coming off the walls/doors/bathtubs/counter tops, roaches and ant infestations, to patched floor with holes in flooring under the carpet. Air conditioning is terrible, we run AC nonstop as the apartment has terrible insolation thus making our electric bill $250+ a month. Mailboxes have been under repair since I moved in March of 2022. Every once in a while, they send out an email saying that within 2 weeks mailbox should be fixed, in the meantime we have to go into office to pick up our mail. coaxial outlet does not work in master bedroom, just for decor.. not even connected inside the wall. Fire extinguisher does not have annual or monthly inspection tag/expiration date. Air filter has not been changed nor inspected since move in date. Misaligned doors. Rust in many places. Just today they turn off our water without warning or emailing to let us know in advance. Here I am showring with shampoo in my hair when water turns off.... When I contacted the office regarding this issue; their response was that they have plumbers out today working and "will be sending out emails regarding the water issue shortly "and "have no idea how long it will take to turn the water back on but are hoping it will be turn on again today". To summarize, avoid these apartments as they are cheap, unprofessional and overpriced. To Rayfords Edge Apartment management: if you read this, hope you will take actions to improve."
