"Had a little trouble with my move in date and time frame, all on me, and everyone was fantastic to work with, Sam was a really big help and was able to walk me through everything, and made my situation the easiest it could be and still got me in with enough time to get my stuff moved. Only a few nights in but it's nice and peaceful and I'm sure I'm going to enjoy my new place."

"I am impressed with manager Donna's commitment to a history of successful maintenance repairs. We’ve had one situation where they failed to take timely action, and when provided with feedback that we were disappointed, Donna took decisive action to rectify the situation. Overall, I give Donna and Woodland Pines a solid 4-star rating. Cameron has also been friendly and professional, working above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. Woodland Pines is the ideal community for food-lovers, thanks to its proximity to numerous grocery stores, quick access to I45 for a speedy drive into Houston, and the added convenience of organized food trucks that regularly visit the community's parking lot. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient living experience."
