"I toured with Jacob, and it was a great experience. I've since been living here for about 2 months now and so far, I'm pretty satisfied. It's a little frustrating never being able to park near my unit, but the complex is so small that wherever I park, it's just a short walk to my unit. There's dogs barking and noise from people outside, but nothing unbearable. I really like the valet trash, fitness room, play area, and pool; it's gorgeous when the courtyard lights come on. Great area with lots of parks, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Maintenance (especially Tyree) has been fantastic. Super fast, communicative, and resolve issues well. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't had a chance to attend any resident events, but I want to."
"Ghettoplex! Loud music throughout the day up until 1130 at night. Loud exhaust on vehicles at all hours. Drug use in cars in the parking lot. The type of drug use that requires a torch lighter! I wouldn’t live there and I’m leaving the area due to lack of control and peace and quiet."
