"The Abbey at Northpoint is my new home! Ms Jackie was great from the moment we walked through the door. Attentive to our needs and requests. She had all our info for the apartment placed in a folder for us to review. She was so set on us getting the perfect apartment she even toured us twice!!! Ms. Teresa was welcoming and helped answer some of our questions as well. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness of the complex!!!"

"I took a job in Houston and recently toured this location. Even though we scheduled the tour right before closing time, my partner and I were greeted by the splendid Jackie Salazar who welcomed us very warmly and very professionally. Simply put Jackie is the best and really made us feel like the property managers want to make their residents happy over the long-term and will do whatever they can to make their living arrangement work for us as tenants. She sincerely took note of what we were looking for in a place to live and would work to get us what we wanted. We were in great hands as she toured us through the beautiful and well maintained property, amenities, and model unit. I feel very comfortable applying to the Abbey."

"Jackie was so wonderful in showing me around! I mentioned I had a dog and she showed me a unit with a yard that I fell in love with (for $50 extra you can’t beat it)! These are luxury apartments at an affordable price and every staff member I’ve interacted with is wonderful. Ian showed my boyfriend around another day and was so helpful as well! Great team here and great apartments. As a newer resident, I already feel at home."

"I highly recommend Abbey at Northpoint for so many reasons to state the obvious if you have seen this place before. We’ll start with the amazing landscaping. In front of the property, you will see beautiful flowers well landscaped with a stunning entrance to the lobby. The lobby is beautifully decorated with plush décor overlooking the clubroom. The amenities are superior to any community I have visited. They have a clubroom fully equipped with an oversized kitchen that has a nice long designer bar with bar stools. Behind the bar stools you will see a pool table, additional seating with beautiful wall decorations. Perfect for having my friends over for dinner or to watch a game. They also entertain here with brunches, happy hours, game nights with amazing food options and a Starbuck latte bar on Saturdays sometimes. It’s so nice to live somewhere with so much to do. The gym is outstanding, they have all the equipment you need and is comparable to professional gyms. The back wall is almost solid glass that overlooks the pool area. They also have a separate cardio room with stretching machines, spin cycles and exercise balls AND it is open 24 hours. Sweet!! And my favorite is the coffee bar which is open 24 hours so you can get coffee shop quality drinks anytime you wish. In this area, there is also a room at the back with computers and a printer with a separate conference room available if you need to reverse it for a meeting or work project. I forgot to mention the pool area. It is not just a pool; it is the size of an ocean with a lap pool at one end. Ok, I am exaggerating a little, but it is amazing and extremely large (photos are attached). The whole staff has been awesome. Every time I go into the office, Jackie or Allison always greets me with a smile and they are very helpful. Chris in the maintenance department is very cheerful when I call the office to have anything done and he fixes things promptly. Go grateful for them. My apartment is beautiful! I wanted an island bar in my kitchen with an open kitchen and they had exactly what I was looking for. Every room has a huge window that almost covers the entire wall. I also wanted a large closet, and the closet is the same size you would find in a newer home, super large! The best thing I forgot to mention is the cabinets, they are gorgeous wood designed in a beautiful grey color scheme. I love it! I would recommend Abbey at Northpoint, I looked at a lot of options and I am so glad I decided to move here. If you are looking for a nice place close to pretty much everything but not sitting in the traffic this is your place!"
