"Unfortunately, I cannot provide the best references for this apartment complex. We lived there for 9 months, and the cockroach problem is serious. We had to fumigate on our own. It is not a safe place to live. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare, and the neighbors are very noisy. Most of them don’t care about keeping the common areas clean. Even if you return the apartment in better condition than when you received it and leave without any outstanding issues, consider your deposit lost. They charge for monthly fumigation, which was done only once when we first moved in. I give it one star because the ladies in administration and the maintenance staff are very kind. If you can, I recommend not even considering this apartment complex"

"This is by far the worst apparent I’ve ever lived in. I’m new to Texas and this apartment was not a nice welcome. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. If you like loud neighbors and roaches then this is the place for you. Your monthly paid “pest control” does not rid your apparent of the infestation. The first night I spent at my “new”apartment I had roaches crawling all over me. This is after the office said that “pest control” was performed before I moved in. You can try and preform your own pest control and this still doesn’t relieve your apparent of the infestation. The balcony’s are used as a playground by your loud neighbors. All maintenance tickets submitted online will be closed immediately before the problem is fixed (maintenance may or may not fix your issue). One example is: my apartment smelled awful when I moved in and maintenance/management did NOTHING to address this. All my clothes and furniture were ruined from the nasty smell. Management should address the inside of these apartments rather than the outside appearance (curb appeal for suckers). Furthermore, I had to pay 2 enormous electricity bills because of an old/broken HVAC system. There was no reimbursement for 2 electric bills that were 10 times my normal usage (with proof). The ladies in the office are incompetent and unable to answer necessary and simple questions. It could be that the ladies in office are lying to you so they can steal your money. Either way they’re directed by the properly manager. The office/management will also lie to the utility company so they charge you for utilities after you move out (scam property). When you move out, management will charge you for leaving your apartment cleaner than when you moved in. The sidewalks flood after a light rain, in a heavy rain get a canoe. There’s so many options in the area and I REGRET signing a lease here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS APPARENT COMPLEX. The rent they charge is way to high for this garbage and roach infested property. This apparent complex is a scam and will steal your hard earned money unjustly, with no remorse. Management clearly charges former residents to try and fix up this awful property. In case you missed it, this property has a roach infestation that is unfit for human habitation. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews. I’ve looked at some recent reviews and I can assure you that they are fake or coerced. Look elsewhere for a place to live."
