Had a few minor things in the apartment, brought it to their attention and it was fixed so quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, presentable, peaceful place to call home!"

"I just moved into these apartments and I really like it because it’s very peaceful and close to just about everything. Natasha & the management team were amazing and made my move-in smooth. The maintenance team were knowledgeable and very helpful to me when I needed help. I would definitely recommend this property for the management team, maintenance team, its location, the actual layout of my unit, and the lake which makes it so peaceful. There’s also enough parking space!"

"I am relocating to the Houston area and my realtor found this complex. The application fee is a little on the high side at $60, but I liked them and was ok with it. I applied, everything was looking good, and then they dropped a bombshell on my rental verification. My current apartment complex was willing to write them a letter stating that though I still have a few months left in my lease, we have come to an agreement on the rental payments and I am good to move. The office staff went from perfectly pleasant and helpful to rude in record time. They instantly denied my application stating that they were unwilling to work with that, despite everything else being approved, and zero negative rental history, late pays, etc. Though I understand it is a yellow flag, my current apartment complex was trying to help any way they could to get things approved for me, knowing I’m a responsible tenant and we were working on finding a sublease. Though the apartments are seemingly nice, be aware of anything that may cause issues prior to applying, otherwise you’re doing yourself a disservice by wasting time, and money."

"I have been a resident here for a year now and just renewed my lease with my fiancé. In fact, we are even changing floor plans to something a bit bigger. Denise and Shannon have been absolutely incredible to work with over the last year. We've had no issues with the property overall and maintenance has been fantastic at completing repairs. Westlake takes pride in their property as we see the landscapers on site all the time keeping plants, trees, and bushes nicely kept and looking great! Living alongside the lake makes it so peaceful and enjoyable to take walks. The ducks around the property are the cherry on top, as we both love animals and have enjoyed watching the little ducklings grow up and wander the property. The only thing I wish we had was a place to wash our cars. With that being said, we are very happy here and look forward to a pleasant experience in the coming years :-)"
