"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The manager Jessica is terrible. She is a liar, she's rude and unprofessional also. Plan on going a week or two without hot water. They tow your car out of spots they assign to you! Worst apartment complex i have ever lived at! Super unprofessional office staff. Roach infested. Don't expect to get things fixed either!"
"Since living here at Carrara At Cypress Creek for over 2 years, I personally feel that the response on requests or messages given could be done in a more timely and professional fashion. Example: I put in a maintenance request in May about my stove and I just received a different stove 2 weeks ago. Another example: You as a resident are paying almost $32 a month with an $8 fee each week on pest control that comes out and “sprays” every Wednesday which is not true, as a resident apparently you need to put in a request to have pest control that once again you are paying for each month for to be notified."

"The staff is awesome. They communicate everything in an effective way and they are here for the community. I enjoy living in a community where my needs and concerns are a priority. Thank you Ms. Jessica, Mr. Ian, and maintenance staff for making my family's safety your main concern. If you want to live in a community where the managers are great and they listen to your concerns, come make your family's home here at Carrara at Cypress Creek."
"I've been living here for 8 months now and I love it. The property manager Jessica is so amazing she's always on top of her property and does her best to meet everyone needs. My daughter just loves going to the office when she gets out of daycare just to see Jessica and Ian. The property is very quiet and clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to feel at home. If I personally knew Jessica and Ian BOSS I would so recommend them getting a RAISE...very loving people."
