"My visit to this property was great & my leasing specialist was very helpful & patient."
"We moved in about a month ago. And we are having a very bad experience. At first, the lady with glasses in the leasing office was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and me. And there is still no apology. And she added an extra 780 dollars to rent. If I hadn't realized her mistake, I would have paid the rent. We talked to her manager and corrected the situation. It shouldn't be so hard to do your job properly. Secondly, all white goods in the apartman is very old. It works very loud and noisy. The stove, dryer and toilet broke down in the first week we moved in. And it looks like there will be more problems. It is not an apartment complex that deserves the rent."
"I have to say summer time is horrible. The A/C cannot keep up with the Texas heat. My unit faces the west as a result my A/C cannot keep up and the apartment gets too hot. Just to give you an idea by 5:30PM in August the thermostat was reading 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The apartment's A/C did not start cooling down until 9PM-10PM. My biggest complaints are the A/C not keeping up, rent being on the high end. The appliances could be replace from the fridge, stove to the washer."
"Vey dirty and broken apartment was provided to move in and even after sending pictures not everything was done correctly and clean. So after telling them several time they just ignored and now when I finally put reviews online a manager Rose called and very rude she does not know how to talk to a customer and I have heard about her form lot of rentals however after I did the agreement they need to hire better management people. You can see lot of people have put in reviews."
"This complex is trash, they're too cheap to replace 20 year old appliances or fix anything in the apartments but they'll still raise your rent. Also people are constantly getting their rims stolen cause there's no security."
