Savannah Oaks Apartments in Spring

"Moved into these apartments a few months ago and had a great experience with the front desk. They were quick to help with any questions and concerns we had. The apartments are pet friendly, have a wonderful water view and amenities. (Game room/coffee lounge)"

"Looked at this place. Very professional staff and great communication and knowledge about the apartments and surroundings. Very helpful. Grounds looked clean and the whole place just seems relaxing. I saw 2 empty apartments and one staged and they all seemed spic and span and smelled fresh. If it weren’t for the fact that I have 3 pets I would choose this place over a house. Side note I looked at 4 other places in the area , this was top of my list by far."

"I came to leave a review after the young girl from the office was driving by in her cart and offered to help me carry something from my car. I was struggling so that was appreciated. I always had great interactions with the office and just renewed my lease so I was surprised to see some of the reviews. I also see people saying the bad reviews get deleted but then I see bad reviews and as a business owner I know that we cannot delete our reviews, only google can. It looks like one person is making several bad reviews as well? Just my Opinion, I could be wrong. Just a lot of similarities and constrictions that sound like angry past customers. My only complaint would be that the residents need to pick up their dogs feces or give their pet up. That’s so gross. Respect the place you live. Same goes for the people that live here and keep hitting the gate on the left side. Respect this place. YOU have to live here too."

"Best experience so far. Very thankful for Sheree being available to show me last minute. I almost chose a different complex. Just seeing this place from the road does it no justice. I love that you have literally everything on the complex and don’t have to go anywhere for anything. Fitness, yoga, coffee lounge, pool resort, arcade room, walking trails, dog park, conference rooms and HEB is right next door. The maintenance guys are quick to respond to my concerns and the girls in the office seem very knowledgeable about the area and addressed all of my questions accurately and respectfully. This is big for me as my last experience in an apartment was not so great. I fully recommend this place."

"* Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. This apartment complex is luxury. Very pricey but the environment is pleasing. There are elevators for the apartment units with the forth floor. There is a pond in the middle of the complex with a walk around sidewalk. The doors do come with a wireless key remote. The walls are a little thin. You cam hear your neighbors dogs if they're barking."
