"UPDATE: DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's been two days since my car was vandalized and the rear view mirror was smashed (see photo) and the manager still has not emailed the community to let them know about the incident. They've had to send out MANY car break in emails, so they are clearly avoiding sending another one. They have the case number from the police and said once I provided it, they would send something out. They lied, as usual, and have not followed through. Please read the reviews and see that we all have the same complaints. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the worst apartment community I’ve ever lived in. It’s filthy, the breezeways smell awful, trash is up and down the stairs. The management is rude and does not take concerns seriously. It also takes forever to get ahold of them by phone. I have tried to be extremely patient, but was met with attitudes the entire time. My car was vandalized yesterday and they refuse to let the community know via email because “nothing was stolen.” The lady I spoke to on the phone was named Jade. She was extremely annoyed with me for telling her to do the right thing and let people know. She had no empathy whatsoever. I’ve also dealt with Denise, the manager, and Paulina, the assistant manager. There was an issue with the stairs being broken. I took pictures into the office and to show the hazard of the stairs and Denise told me that she couldn’t tell the maintenance guys to fix it until I put in a request. I told her I’m verbally requesting the repairs because it’s a hazard and needs to be fixed right away. She refused. There have been other issues with trash and disgusting breezeways. The maintenance crew will mark the issue complete without completing it. I’ve had to put in requests several times and complain before anything was done. I’ve never had to complain to a complex about anything and I’ve certainly never left a review, but this is not okay. And nothing they say can justify their behavior. Do not move here. Even giving it a one star is too much. I cannot wait to move out. It’s been literal hell. No one should have to cry and stress over their residence. It should be a place of peace."

"These apartments have gone way downhill since I've moved here a year and a half ago. They don't respond to resident's concerns. They don't keep the property clean. There has been food spilled in the breezeway for 6 days now. It stinks. I asked them to clean it. They promised they would. It's still there. I tried giving the new management a chance but there is such a lack of care for this property. I refuse to sign a new lease. I refuse to refer anyone."
