"RUN!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!! So many units with water damage. Not just mine but several neighbors. They are slow to get anything done. Check on your neighbors! So many of us having issues here and we need help cause these apartments don’t care! My apartment has mold and they won’t address it. Took several weeks for them to do any type of repairs and they didn’t address the entire problem. So much negligence from them! It’s difficult to breathe in the apartment with all the mold and they won’t treat it. They keep playing dumb every time I ask if they are going to treat the mold. It’s also funny watching all these good reviews that pop up. Pretty sure they probably have a staff trying to combat all the horrible reviews they are getting. These apartments care more about their image than their residents!"

"Lo the assistant in the leasing office went above and beyond for me! My package didn’t fit in the locker so she called to notify me that it would be outside my door, however I won’t be home until late tonight. So with my permission, she brought the package inside for me. Absolutely terrific customer service. I can not thank her enough. ❤️"

"I've lived at Rise for 3 years now and I can honestly say that I notice a huge change in management and the way they are caring for their residents. They are attentive to my needs and I have enjoyed the new events being held in the leasing office. Its a great way to meet neighbors and feel like I am part of this community. "Where do I begin. Lived there for 3 years. Gates never work, there’s loud music till 3am most weeks, I had water pouring from my ceiling for a week till they came and fixed it and took another 3 weeks to take care of the mold that grew and they just painted over. Catalytic converter’s Get stolen on property, mine did as well. The only cameras on property are facing the main building so your sol if something gets stolen. My whole building smelled like weed and I’m not a smoker but the smell came thru the vents a lot. Elevator broke down quite frequently, dumpsters were overflowing constantly with a horrible smell. A few people have O.D. In the back of the complex a few times. Parking is hit or miss, but a whole bunch of people still park on the fire lanes bc parking is bad. Depending on the time of the year there is ZERO place to park, not even on the grass. Was never able to get my mail delivered the that apartment. Just a horrible place to be"
