"The staff is great especially Suzie and Ty. They are great with communication and are always helpful. The maintenance is doing a great job and completing work orders in a timely matter. They are very polite. Kudos to the entire new staff!"
"I have been a long time resident here at The Park of Tivoli for going on 5 yrs. I have seen the worst and now things are getting better with regards to office staff, (Ms Susie) the maintenance staff and the grounds. It's pretty quite around here and the neighbors are pretty much to themselves. If you decide to live here make sure that anyone who visits you must have a 24/hours parking pass (electronically) each time they visit or they will be towed no matter what time of day/evening. There was a time when the management team had designated parking spots but the signs have been removed so make sure you check it out. The only issue I have now is the monthly rent payments that fluctuate every month. For example if you pay your rent please expect to pay upwards of $100 in water/garbage/sewer/electrict fee/allocation fees/administration fees/ billing fees/ etc. I love it here but this mess with these addititonal fees are a bit much. This might be my last year here upon renewal!!!! Otherwise the landscape, location and access to venues and retail outlets are a plus if you decide to stay and don't mind paying extra beyond rent each month. VM"
"The staff and new community manager are great! Kudos to Ty for helping me with my billing questions all the time and being available. We love the new courtyard area and are looking forward to another year here!"
"I enjoy the cat community here. There are several cat owners and stray cats. We get along well. There are two Stafford MSD bus stops, where the parents work together to make sure all the kiddos get on the bus. Susie and her team at front office are wonderful because they try. They answer maintenance concerns and communicate with residents, frequently. There is a peace here."
"The community is pretty quiet and clean. The best thing about these apartments is the assistant manager Susy‼️ She definitely goes above and beyond(within her ability) for us. Not sure why she's not the manager. She's been here the entire 3 going on 4 years that we've been here. She always returns calls and emails. She always pleasant and willing to help. She stays on top of maintenance for speedy repairs."
