"Just moved to this community. I was immediately drawn to how clean and quiet the complex was. Taiyana assisted me throughout my entire process. She is such a doll. There were a couple minor issues with my unit, but she made sure everything was getting addressed, and even went out of her way to come show me how to work something in the home. I'm excited to call this place a home."

"I stayed here less than a year because this place has been a problem since day one. I had my mom tour a unit because I was moving from out of state. They purposely showed her a nice and clean unit and told her my unit was in a different area, which I recorded when I FaceTimed her during the tour. They would not let me sign the lease until the day before I moved in which was the first red flag. And then they gave me the unit next door to the unit my mom toured instead of the one they said they would. The unit I ended up moving into seemed like no one was supposed to live there. It was old and nothing was working. No one had cleaned the place. There were urine stains on all 3 toilet seats and inside the toilet bowl. I thought everything would be better once I cleaned everything and had maintenance fix everything. Nope. After moving in it has been a pain to get a hold of the girls at the front desk. They don’t ever pick up the phone or answer emails. And then they give you an attitude when you show up at the main office. Yet have the audacity to call you when you put in your notice and ask you if you can turn in your keys early. Maintenance is no better. After many many MANY service requests, the heat/air conditioner still does not work and I have given up trying to get it fixed. They will stop by and pretend like they tried to fix the issue but they are in and out within a minute. We have also had a cockroach problem since the beginning. I know Texas is known for bugs but I have talked to many people, including realtors, who say that it is definitely not normal to find multiple cockroaches every single day. It took 3 requests and 7 months for them to finally send pest control over. The complex itself always has problems. I’ve seen many neighbors get arrested. I’ve had neighbors invite themselves into my unit because they saw my front door open. After moving out before my lease was up I still got charged a $40 water bill even though I didn’t use any water, and a cleaning bill of $70 after I spent the whole day cleaning prior to giving back the keys. It also took 3 months of emails and phone calls to finally get my deposit back. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this place."

"I have been living at The resort for over two years now and i have had a great experience living here. A huge thank you to the ladies in the office Rebecca, Ana and Tai have always been very understanding with all ny questions and concerns. Maintenance has always been on top of my work orders. My family is expanding and i have been blessed to transfer and now will be raising my girls here. For the most part its very quiet, safe and the neighbors keep to themselves. I will not be moving anytime soon!"

"My comment was removed so I will leave it again. Do not rent any apartments here. The management staff are rude. They are bullies and use their title and position against you as a tenant. There have been multiple home break ins and they DO NOT tell the people living here. There is no honesty with them. Maintenance complaints are never addressed on time and the office lies and delay everything. If you call the office too often the staff disrespects you. Ana had her husband come to my home to threaten my husband. That’s how bad it is there. The apartments are full of pest and rodents. The apartments are falling apart on the outside and inside. Save your time do not let the money fool you. Look for something else once you sign a lease you’re stuck! Do yourself a favor and continue to look around. This is a waste of your time and your health and safety are at risk."

"I’ve been living here for a total of 7 months and it has been a blessing. It’s not the newest place you can stay but the management is understanding and the energy I get from Taiyana every time I walk in the office is uplifting! The maintenance supervisor Lenoard is also a great help because every issue I have mentioned to him he fixed it. I am also happy I can walk around the an apartments at anytime and it’s safe! Also it’s affordable."
